The acute stress symptoms are numerous and affect many parts of the body. Symptoms of acute stress include emotional, muscular, stomach/ intestinal and coronary.

Do you suffer any of the following symptoms;?

  • emotional: anger, anxiety, fear/ phobia, frustation ...
  • muscular: tension, pains, tics ...
