Hypertension symptoms are a clear sign your body is out of balance

But, if you are suffering any of the following symptoms and have not had your blood pressure checked (or checked recently) then visit your doctor immediately. Hypertension, or high blood pressure, is a major medical problem (known as 'the silent killer') and increasingly common in our busy busy lives. Possible symptoms of hypertension - headaches that last days not hours
- periodically blurred vision
- periodic dizziness and/ or nausea

- tiredness even after sleep
- flushed face
- shortness of breath
- tinnitus (ringing in ears)
- more frequent urination - notably at night
FACTS: - Stress is the primary cause of hypertension and forms a vicious spiral when you worry about your blood pressure.
